    Lovers Key is a Florida State Park made up of four barrier islands between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Beach. Once accessible only by boat, it now offers an easy beach tram from the parking lot to the sand.

    Because development is forbidden, this is the most natural beach in the Fort Myers area — no high-rises, no beach bars, just sand, dunes, and mangroves.
